The purpose of the company is the rental, management and operation of railway, tank and other special goods wagons, as well as the execution of all business related to or directly or indirectly serving this purpose, in particular also the provision of corresponding logistical services. The company may trade in wagon parks, acquire and sell them. Furthermore, the company may acquire, manage and sell participations. In addition, the company may grant loans and other financings to other companies of the VTG group, including direct or indirect parent or sister companies, and provide securities for any obligations of these other companies of the VTG group, in particular in the form of guarantees or sureties as well as pledges or security assignments of the company's assets, whether against payment or not.
