The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad, on its own behalf or on behalf of others. It may acquire, manufacture, lease or sublease, operate, and sell all real estate (in Switzerland: within the limits authorized by the LFAIE), patents, establishments, machinery, materials that it deems necessary or useful for the achievement of its corporate purpose and carry out all related activities that may promote the corporate purpose. It may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose or interest through contribution, merger, subscription, financial intervention, or any other means, in all companies, associations, or enterprises that, in whole or in part, have a similar or related purpose to its own or that may directly or indirectly promote its extension and development. The company may be indebted or grant to any company or individual, both movable and immovable financing.
