Assistance to single and married women with children in distress in the districts of Olten-Gösgen-Gäu in the judicial and/or extrajudicial enforcement of their maintenance claims against the maintenance obligor or against the person to be held liable. Provides the aforementioned needy women with contributions for their living expenses, such as rent, food and medicine, social insurance premiums, as bridging funds. The assistance is provided in place of or in addition to social benefits, benefits from the advance payment of maintenance contributions or benefits from free legal aid. The assistance is provided through non-repayable grants or loans (advances).
