The foundation aims to provide ideological and material support to people in Switzerland and abroad who have fallen victim to physical, psychological, or sexual violence. It can, in particular, take, promote, or carry out measures for prevention, protection, counseling, medical, psychological, and social care, as well as legal support and reintegration of affected persons. The foundation further aims to support institutions and projects in the field of improving living conditions, such as medical care, rehabilitation, and social reintegration in Switzerland and abroad. The foundation can, within the framework of fulfilling its purpose, support victims individually, operate its own projects, or participate in projects of third parties, as well as cooperate with other organizations and institutions active in this field. The foundation pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes. The founder reserves the right to change the purpose or organization according to Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code. The foundation is active throughout Switzerland and internationally according to its purpose. The foundation may invest and manage its assets to achieve its purpose, such as acquiring and selling real estate or making monetary investments. It is authorized to make the real estate available to other companies or corporations for the implementation and enforcement of the foundation's purpose.
