The company's purpose is: both in Switzerland and abroad, the purchase, sale, trade, leasing, holding, management, enhancement, renovation, and alienation of all real estate, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; the operation and administration of its real estate, the management of the personnel necessary for their maintenance, as well as all related activities; all maintenance, transformation, and renovation work on its own real estate or on real estate belonging to third parties. It may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, securities, or real estate operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and take an interest, in all forms, in all similar enterprises, notably by taking participations in similar enterprises.
