Wasserversorgung Flüeli-Ranft Genossenschaft

The cooperative supplies the population, as well as agricultural, industrial and service companies in the Flüeli-Ranft area with drinking and utility water (hereinafter referred to as water) within the available quantity and possibilities. It ensures a constantly high water quality in accordance with food legislation. All water is currently obtained from the St. Niklausen water supply cooperative. The cooperative provides a sufficient amount of water for fire-fighting purposes. The supply area generally includes the Flüeli-Ranft area, which is developed by the cooperative's main pipelines. The cooperative can also supply water to additional consumers outside the supply area. The cooperative constructs and maintains its pipelines with the associated facilities for the procurement, treatment and storage of water.
