Aims to supply shareholders with drinking and utility water, with the supply of drinking water having absolute priority, to provide utility water, where possible, for commercial operations, to maintain a constant fire reserve for the cooperative's hydrant system, and to sell water to other public and private entities, where possible; can also supply water to non-members on the same terms as for members.
