The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations in Switzerland and abroad, including the purchase, sale, rental, promotion, brokerage, management, and operation of all real estate properties, as well as all services and advice in the real estate field, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). The company also aims to provide interior and exterior design services, space planning and decoration, as well as all advisory, support, project management, and training activities related to these fields. As a secondary purpose, the company may: participate in all enterprises and carry out all movable, immovable, financial, and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to the achievement of its purpose; grant loans to its shareholders and to third parties, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or by the subscription of any other commitment, if this is in its interest; create branches in Switzerland or abroad.
