The company's purpose is to carry out, in Switzerland and abroad, all operations in the field of real estate, namely the purchase, holding, administration, rental, sale, management, brokerage and promotion of real estate, as well as the acquisition, holding, financing, sale and transfer of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies and corporations, whether financial, industrial, commercial, movable or immovable, all within the limits set by the LFAIE. The company may: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if it serves its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs; carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs.
