The association is a non-profit organization that advocates for the rights, interests and well-being of socially disadvantaged people living in Switzerland, promoting them according to the principles of tolerance, understanding and respect for their rights and duties. The association supports the observance of all internationally recognized human rights and advocates for the protection of these rights and its members. The association supports its members on their way to a future-oriented, mindful and happy life in Switzerland through free services in the area of personality development and preventive events such as workshops in schools, homes or corresponding contact mediation for free opportunities for individual or group therapy sessions. Furthermore, the association's goal is to strengthen the self-esteem, emotional and mental health of each individual and to implement this promotion practically with inspiring association events. Any degradation of a person based on national or social origin, sexual orientation, birth defects or other health restrictions, political or other views or for any other reason is prohibited for association members. The association 'Wesen wie Wir' is politically and religiously neutral.
