The company's purpose is to operate a medical-dental center, an emergency dental service and a dental laboratory; to purchase and sell medications and dental and technical materials; to purchase and sell real estate within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; to establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; to participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; to grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests. Furthermore, the company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding all transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar enterprises, in particular by taking a stake in similar enterprises.
