The company's purpose is to engage in any real estate and personal property sales and purchase operations, real estate brokerage, rental of garages, real estate leasing, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and to carry out all real estate and personal property transactions in general. The company's purpose is also to take financial participations in any Swiss or foreign group, company or enterprise, existing or to be created, by all means, notably by subscribing to or purchasing shares, whether registered or not, by merger or grouping, as well as managing these participations, coordinating these subsidiaries and participations, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
