The company's purpose is to engage in all activities, in Switzerland or abroad, of consulting, concept development and training in the field of health and safety for companies, individuals or professionals, organizing and promoting cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and first aid courses in general, as well as selling any material related to its activity. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable operations, except those prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to its social purpose. It may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and, in general, engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may grant loans to its associates or related parties, including companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, or provide them with financial support in the form of securities of any kind, with or without consideration, in order to guarantee the obligations of these shareholders or related parties. The company may carry out all commercial, financial or other transactions that directly or indirectly pursue its purpose.
