The purpose of the foundation is to provide for the employees and pensioners of the company, the pension fund of the Siemens companies in Switzerland, Siemens Healthcare AG, Siemens Mobility AG and Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics AG, as well as their dependents, against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. This purpose can be fulfilled in particular by providing voluntary additional benefits to the regulatory pension benefits in the event of old age, disability and death, and by providing voluntary purchase benefits for the regulatory pension benefits of employees. Furthermore, the foundation aims to support employees and their dependents in cases of need, such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment.
