Provision for the employees of the company and their dependents and survivors, as well as persons for whom the employee has provided significantly during his lifetime, against the economic consequences of unprovoked hardship, old age, disability, accident, illness and death; may also, in agreement with the company, allow the staff of companies that are financially or economically closely linked to the company to join the foundation, provided that the necessary funds are made available to the foundation by these companies, as well as make contributions to the employee foundation of ZT Medien AG.
