The foundation aims to provide benefits to the employees of the founding company (and companies economically or financially closely related to it) as well as their dependents and beneficiaries in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability, and unemployment. The foundation also aims to finance and provide contributions from the founding company (and companies economically or financially closely related to it) to tax-exempt employee benefit institutions that the founding company has joined or established itself. The affiliation of a related company is based on a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority. The rights of the existing beneficiaries must be preserved.
