Occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of the founding company and companies economically or financially closely linked to it, as well as for their relatives and beneficiaries, against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability, as well as illness, accident and other unforeseen circumstances. The foundation may provide additional benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits. The foundation may also provide services to other tax-exempt pension institutions to which the employees of the founding company are affiliated. This also includes contributions to the proportional repayment of any deficit of these pension institutions.
