Promotion of precautionary measures for all individuals and their dependents who are or were permanently employed by the founding company or by a company economically or financially closely linked to the founding company or the foundation itself, based on employment contracts or similar legal relationships. Beneficiaries also include dependents, survivors, and care recipients of the aforementioned active and former employees. By decision of the foundation board, companies financially or economically closely linked to the founding company can be affiliated with the foundation. The foundation can acquire, manage, and exchange participations in companies belonging to the Berlac Group. In doing so, it exercises its shareholder rights in such a way that the prosperity of the companies is ensured in the best possible way for the benefit of the employees.
