Care for the employees of the Gübelin companies (according to a special directory to be decided annually by the Board of Trustees), including members of the management, as well as their dependents in case of old age, death, illness, accident, disability, military service, unemployment and unforseen hardship, as well as the general implementation and promotion of measures serving the welfare of the personnel; for this purpose, the foundation may also make contributions to other tax-exempt welfare institutions of the Gübelin companies.
