The cooperative aims to procure and create affordable housing or residential buildings. In particular, it pursues the purpose of promoting affordable housing construction in the sense of the federal Housing and Property Promotion Act (WEG) as well as corresponding cantonal and communal ordinances. The cooperative can acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. The sale of plots of land or parts thereof is also permitted. In this case, the members of the cooperative are given the opportunity to acquire property or apartments in advance.
