The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and shared responsibility. It promotes community living in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. The housing cooperative is politically and denominationally neutral. It seeks to achieve this purpose by: carefully maintaining and periodically renewing existing buildings, and if necessary, constructing replacement buildings; managing and renting apartments; promoting cooperative activities in the settlements. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not driven by the pursuit of profit. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical goals.
