The cooperative pursues the purpose of providing its members with healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and co-responsibility. It seeks to achieve this goal through careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renewal of existing buildings; utilization of funding instruments according to the federal housing promotion law or corresponding cantonal and communal laws; administration and rental of apartments on a cost-rent basis; promotion of cooperative activities in the settlement. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
