The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and co-responsibility, and to maintain it. It strives to offer housing to all sections of the population. It promotes coexistence in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. It seeks to achieve this purpose through: a) Acquisition of building land and building rights. b) Construction and acquisition of single-family and multi-family homes that meet the cooperative's modern housing needs. c) Careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings. d) Construction of replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner. e) Utilization of funding instruments under the Federal Housing Promotion Act or corresponding cantonal and communal laws. f) Management and rental of rental properties on a cost-rent basis. g) Promotion of cooperative activities in the settlements. h) Ideological support for efforts aimed at affordable, healthy and good housing. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives (takeover, accession, merger and cooperation).
