The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing through joint self-help, by building and acquiring residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. In particular, it pursues the purpose of promoting affordable housing construction in accordance with federal housing promotion legislation and corresponding cantonal and communal regulations. It is a member of WOHNEN SCHWEIZ - Association of Building Cooperatives. The cooperative can acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. When selling a plot of land, the cooperative members must be given the opportunity to acquire it at a reasonable price.
