The cooperative aims to provide and maintain healthy and affordable housing for its members through joint self-help and shared responsibility. It seeks to achieve this purpose by: acquiring land for building rights or ownership; constructing residential buildings; renting apartments according to the priority specified in Article 3 a-c of the statutes and, as a last resort, to other applicants within the framework of their demonstrated needs. New obligations: member-shareholders who rent an apartment are required to acquire additional shares in accordance with the statutes.
