The cooperative aims to provide its members with a permanent supply of housing at affordable financial conditions through joint self-help and co-responsibility. It promotes community living in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. To achieve this goal, it acquires building land and building rights, constructs and purchases properties, and renovates and refurbishes them in accordance with cooperative housing needs, while ensuring careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renewal of existing buildings. The cooperative also engages in nature-friendly design and use of garden facilities, organizes and hosts cultural events in its premises, which are accessible to the public for this purpose, and manages and rents out housing spaces based on cost-rental principles. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not driven by the pursuit of profit. The cooperative may participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical objectives.
