The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and co-responsibility. It promotes community living in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. It seeks to achieve this purpose by acquiring building land and building rights, building and acquiring single-family and multi-family homes that meet the cooperative's modern housing needs, careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings, construction of replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner, utilization of funding instruments under the federal housing promotion law or corresponding cantonal and communal laws, promotion of cooperative activities in the settlements, and ideal and material support for efforts aimed at affordable, healthy and good housing. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and non-profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar goals.
