The cooperative's activity is non-profit in the sense of Article 4, paragraph 3 of the Housing Promotion Act and is not profit-driven. Its buildings are to be permanently withdrawn from any speculative use. The cooperative pursues the purpose of providing and maintaining healthy and affordable living space for its members through joint self-help and co-responsibility. The cooperative can acquire land or take over building rights, as well as build or acquire residential houses or apartments. New share certificates: CHF 200. New obligations: Each member is required to take over at least one share certificate of CHF 200.
