It promotes cohabitation in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. The cooperative can offer spaces for business services in its buildings. It seeks to achieve this purpose through the acquisition of building land and building rights; the construction and acquisition of houses that meet contemporary cooperative housing needs; careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings; the use of promotional instruments under the federal Housing Promotion Act and corresponding cantonal and municipal laws; the administration and rental of apartments based on cost rent. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and non-profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
