The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing, particularly through the rental of apartments, in a spirit of mutual self-help and social housing. The cooperative is guided by the principles of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God according to Philippians 2:1-11, which emphasizes living in community and connection with different generations. To achieve its purpose, the cooperative acquires building land or obtains it through building rights and constructs residential buildings or other structures; rents out apartments and other spaces owned by the cooperative; and maintains and periodically renovates existing buildings, replacing them with new constructions when they can no longer be renovated in an economically viable manner.
