It strives to offer housing for all segments of the population. Families with children should be given preference where possible. The cooperative promotes its members in self-help, self-responsibility, and neighborly coexistence and supports cooperative activities in this context. The cooperative's activities are non-profit, politically and denominationally neutral, and not profit-oriented. The cooperative keeps its buildings in good condition and renovates them periodically. It can also acquire land, properties, and building rights. With continuous, sustainable, cost- and quality-conscious maintenance, the cooperative adapts its buildings to the state of technical possibilities and to contemporary cooperative housing needs, thus ensuring the preservation of the buildings' value. This also includes the regular review of measures to increase the value of the property and its surroundings. The rent must ensure long-term value preservation and contemporary administration and cooperative management. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
