The company's purpose is to purchase, sell, distribute and maintain and rent (a) spare parts of all kinds for WOLFF brand cranes and other construction cranes, (b) equipment and software solutions for monitoring and maintaining WOLFF brand cranes and other construction cranes, as well as for planning, monitoring and evaluating activities on construction sites, (c) systems and equipment for securing and monitoring construction sites, (d) systems and equipment for communication on construction sites, and (e) systems for producing, storing and recovering electrical energy on construction sites and other locations with limited electrical energy supply. Furthermore, the company aims to support other companies of the WOLFFKRAN Group in the purchase, sale, distribution and maintenance, as well as the rental of WOLFF brand cranes and other construction cranes, and to develop new global sales areas for WOLFFKRAN products and services. The company may participate in other companies, acquire, exploit, manage and dispose of business premises and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and perform all legal acts that may be necessary or useful for the purpose of the company or for the development of group companies. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it has a direct or indirect interest, its direct or indirect shareholders, and companies in which such parties have a direct or indirect interest, whether through loans or other financing, including in the context of cash pooling agreements, and provide security of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind, whether for consideration or not.
