The promotion of women in the economy and business, particularly through the organization of events, training, services, consulting, mentoring, marketing, communication, public relations, and financing, as well as all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, except for any operation prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, in any form, including through participations. The company may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, found or acquire any company pursuing a similar or complementary purpose. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its members or to third parties.
