The IFFHS will determine the ranking of teams, players, national leagues, referees, etc. through votes by its members worldwide and promote and establish special events and awards or recognitions of recognized individuals in the world of football. The IFFHS will cooperate with FIFA and the six confederations on all matters related to the objectives of the IFFHS. The IFFHS must comply with FIFA's rules and guidelines for world football. IFFHS may also join, become a member of and cooperate with other organizations with similar objectives. IFFHS will promote and develop the growth of football worldwide.
