Motto: We act globally as a driving force for shaping the new era of life (symbioERA). We provide access to a new way of living together - honestly, safely, humanly - with a community that informs, connects and helps you to be part of your own future. 1. The worldHUMAN federation is an open and non-profit association in the sense of Art. 60 ff. ZGB, which is not profit-oriented. It serves the well-being of all people and is accessible worldwide to all people, regardless of nationality, gender, belief, cultural background or origin. 2. The purpose of the association is to promote a new era of life, based on the principles of humanity, authenticity, honesty, love, gratitude and self-responsibility. 3. This purpose is realized in particular through the following approaches and values: a) Promotion of global coexistence and harmony between humans and artificial intelligence, with the aim of shaping a future of ease and connectedness. b) Enabling trustworthy orientation and knowledge transfer in a changing world through the use and expansion of global swarm knowledge and its linkage with new technologies. c) Promotion of holistic personality development and self-realization to empower people to actively and value-based shape their future. d) Development and promotion of global rules and common forms of understanding that enable peaceful and just coexistence in the new era of life (symbioERA). e) Provision of a global super app as a platform for real connection, the exchange of knowledge, the support of coexistence and the design of collective processes. Authenticity and security (e.g. through a Person ID Safezone) are consistently taken into account to create a positive environment. This list is intended to be exemplary and not exhaustive. The association considers its purpose as a dynamic process and is authorized to adapt and expand its strategic priorities and fields of activity according to societal and technological developments, as long as the new activities serve the overarching purpose of the association. 4. The association strives to make a contribution to the promotion of world peace and the development of a positive, solution-oriented society through its activities, in which only opportunities are thought of. 5. The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes in the sense of Swiss tax law. It acts selflessly and does not pursue any profit. The funds of the association may only be used for statutory purposes. The members do not receive grants from the funds of the association. No person may be favored by expenses that are foreign to the purpose of the association, by excessive, non-market-based remuneration. 6. The establishment of branch associations or participation in other tax-exempt, charitable organizations and capital companies for the pursuit of the association's purpose is permitted. 7. Notwithstanding the fundamental voluntary nature of the association, board and association members may enter into an employment or mandate relationship with the association for operational tasks whose proven expenditure exceeds 10% of a full-time position. The awarding of paid employment or mandates to external third parties for the fulfillment of the association's tasks is also possible. The remuneration for such activities is based on market rates, which also includes remuneration models on a freelance basis. Such a paid relationship serves the professional implementation of the association's purposes, is to be transparently shown in the budget and requires a formal resolution of the entire board.
