In Switzerland and abroad: Providing services related to the extractive industry, including geological observations at exploration sites, drainage, pumping and drilling services; Extraction, processing and concentration of metallic minerals; Geological and exploration activities, measurements and observations on soil and subsoil structure and resource location, geodetic surveys, land surveying, hydrographic surveys, soil and boundary surveys, as well as activities related to mapping and spatial information and industrial and technical surveys; Providing technical assistance and consulting services in management in the areas of planning and organization, finance, marketing, communication and human resources. The Company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
