To carry out in all countries, for its own account, for the account of third parties, in participation, all operations and affairs, to advise and manage all enterprises, directly or indirectly related to the manufacture, sale and services of chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or health nutrition products; the company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: - as to their location - in Switzerland or abroad; - as to their object - whether it concerns tangible (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; - as to their execution - whether it be by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors; the company may also conclude loan agreements with its shareholders, as a debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this is in its interest.
