The company's purpose is the production and marketing of tobacco products and cannabis-based products with a tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content of less than 1% (one percent), both retail and wholesale, as well as the trade of all related products, in particular products related to the production facilities of tobacco products. In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE, it being specified that real estate assets are used exclusively for commercial purposes) and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto. It may participate in companies or enterprises with a similar purpose or other purposes and create branches in Switzerland and abroad.
