The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, and ongoing management of properties and apartments, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), tax consulting in real estate matters, representation of third parties in real estate transactions, as well as the purchase, sale, and rental of boats. The company may grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, guarantee loans taken out by its shareholders or third parties, provide guarantees for these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge its assets to secure any claim. In addition, it may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies.
