The company's purpose is to operate a business in the field of small takeaway catering. The company has the power to take interests in any form in all companies or corporations with an identical or similar purpose, or which are likely to promote its social purpose, by creating new companies or businesses, contributions, subscriptions, purchases of securities and participations or social rights, or by merger or association.
