The company's purpose is to acquire, hold, rent and manage a property, namely the property referred to in Article 3a of the statutes. To this end, it maintains office space with one of the shareholders. As an active company, it keeps a balance sheet and income statement, which reflect its entrepreneurial activity. For the same purpose, it may acquire properties located in Switzerland. It only manages its own assets.
