Organizing pedagogical and didactic training modules adapted to the needs and resources of teachers in Benin, as well as promoting their professional development. It operates in all areas related to education and provides expertise in teacher continuing education. It also provides access to educational resources available in Switzerland, both in terms of providing teaching materials and didactic, theoretical, and practical contributions. To this end, it collects teaching materials that it makes available in Resource Centers equipped according to local needs. It puts the skills of its members at the service of education development and relies on pedagogical relays previously trained by its own means in Benin. It occasionally promotes the initial training of teachers in precarious situations by granting scholarships that allow them to attend courses and register for the exams of the Brevet or the Professional Teaching Aptitude Certificate (BAPES for the first cycle and CAPES for the second cycle) within a Higher Normal School of the Beninese state. To achieve its purpose, the association can collaborate with other private and public structures in Switzerland or abroad. The association relies on and collaborates with existing NGOs in the country of action; upon request, it provides its expertise within the framework of projects related to education and may be called upon to carry out mandates for other NGOs, in Benin or exceptionally in other developing countries. The association uses all appropriate legal means, including media and the Internet, to publicize its influence and the projects realized or to be realized.
