The global purposes of the Association are to promote and support: (a) international cooperation among the Member Firms in the field of professional services; (b) the development of the Member Firms as members of a global network of firms represented by the Association; (c) the adherence by the Member Firms to the agreed common values and principles, as reflected in their obligations under these Statutes and any Regulations; (d) the operation of Member Firms under the Zeiler Floyd Zadkovich brand and the enhancement and protection of this brand; (e) the provision of uniform and high-quality global services by the Member Firms; (f) the establishment and implementation of standards, strategies, principles, guidelines, objectives and practices for the benefit of the Member Firms. The Association does not engage in any commercial activity. The Association does not itself provide services to clients, nor does it supervise, determine, distribute, coordinate, manage or direct in any other way the services provided by the Member Firms.
