The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, renovation and rental of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the management of the resulting assets, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also acquire and hold participations, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, or likely to develop it. It may establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and take an interest in all related or similar companies that may develop its purpose. The company may also subscribe to all acts of intercession in favor of a partner or third parties (natural or legal persons), in particular in the form of loans, mortgages, guarantees or others, if it serves its interests.
