It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and alienate real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
