The company's purpose is to operate medical or dental practices. The company may engage in all commercial, financial, and other activities that are related to the company's purpose. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders, other group companies, or third parties, and provide security of any kind for the obligations of such shareholders, other group companies, or third parties, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether for consideration or not.
