The company may also: carry out all financial, commercial or industrial activities, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this serves its interests.
