ABAC - Association for Biotechnologies in Architecture and Construction

The association aims to promote, research, and support the integration of biotechnologies in architecture and construction in Switzerland and abroad. The association can take generally necessary and appropriate measures to implement the above-mentioned purpose, such as organizing interdisciplinary workshops, conducting biotechnological material research, coordinating pilot construction projects, facilitating technology transfer, supporting educational programs, as well as planning and implementing initiatives and participating in initiatives of other organizations or providing financial or other support to other organizations or individuals, as long as all these activities serve the association's purpose. The association can also accept donations from third parties and act as a trustee to pursue its purpose. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit.
