The company's purpose is to provide treasury management and financial services to the group it belongs to (the Group), as required by the Group, and to carry out all activities of an industrial, financial or commercial nature and to do everything connected therewith or which may be conducive thereto, all in the broadest sense. The company may (i) manage the Group's foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity risks; (ii) accept deposits, grant loans and manage liquidity within the Group, for example by providing cash management services, operating cash pools, investing Group liquidity with third parties and providing intra-group credit services; (iii) lend, borrow and re-lend funds and resources, including through the issuance of bonds, notes or other securities or debt instruments, and conclude contracts related to the aforementioned activities; (iv) trade in securities and other assets; (v) hold and trade financial instruments such as (but not limited to) loans, debts and derivatives and hold cash to provide treasury management and other financial services to the Group; (vi) grant and/or receive any kind of security to/from third parties for its own liabilities and/or liabilities of other Group companies and/or third parties, including pledges, trust transfers, assignments of assets and guarantees; (vii) develop and trade patents, trademarks, licenses, know-how and other intellectual and industrial property rights; (viii) supply Group companies and/or third parties and provide personnel; (ix) offer payroll services; (x) acquire, sell, manage and exploit registered property and other assets; and (xi) provide advisory and other services (including financial infrastructure services) to the Group and third parties. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad.
