The company's purpose is to provide all investment advice, as well as the acquisition, sale, administration, and management of equity interests in any commercial, financial, industrial, and real estate enterprises (excluding real estate interests not eligible under the LFAIE). The company may participate in other enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish enterprises with an identical or analogous purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, conduct all financial, commercial, industrial, and real estate operations (except those prohibited by the LFAIE), and enter into all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
